I approached Michael Lyon solicitors after my son was involved in an accident and was charged with careless driving. I wasn’t happy with the way my son had been dealt with and started to research the possibility of challenging the charge. I had heard of Michael Lyon and found them quickly online. On the day of the trial, Martin spoke to the Fiscal on my son’s behalf ahead of the proceedings and was able to persuade them to treat the case as not called meaning my son was found not guilty. I was accused of careless driving by 2 police officers who were either lying or extremely incompetent and was advised to hire this firm to defend my case by friends ( ex traffic police officers) that rated them very highly. They were spot on as far as Ronnie Simpson inspires confidence and although the case was abandoned by the PF, at the 6th court diet, he had no doubts that we would win if the trial had gone ahead.
